1. Quality first
We offer a 6-month warranty to all our unique hand-painted jewelry, covering issues like metal color fading, loose components (e.g. pearls) or allergies. If you encounter any issues, simply send a photo and details via email eenporcelain@gmail.com or Instagram message.

2. 14-Days No-Reason Returns
We offer a 14-days no-reason return and/or exchange policy for orders purchased directly from us. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and without signs of wear or damage. Please note: the return shipping cost on customers' own.
Please note that items purchased through our partners: gift shops, boutiques, museums, etc. are not eligible for return through us directly. In such cases, please contact the store where you originally purchased the item, as their own return policy will apply.
3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for ring size problems. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
