7-Day No-Reason Returns

We offer a 7-day no-reason return and/or exchange policy for orders purchased directly from us. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and without signs of wear or damage. Please note: the return shipping cost on customers' own.

Please note that items purchased through our partners: gift shops, boutiques, museums, etc. are not eligible for return through us directly. In such cases, please contact the store where you originally purchased the item, as their own return policy will apply.
