Thank you for choosing our Unique Hand-Finished Jewelry! All our small batch sustainable jewelry is carefully packaged and shipped from our studio in the Netherlands. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the Netherlands. Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey. Please note that delays may occur during holiday seasons.

- Europe (EU): from €6.95, in 3–7 business days
- Worldwide: from €12.50, min. order €60, in 7–14 business days
Free shipping on orders of starting at €69 in the Netherlands, €89 in EU, and €119 for worldwide.
Quality first
We offer a 3-month warranty to all our unique hand-painted jewelry, covering issues like metal color fading, loose components (e.g. pearls) or allergies. If you encounter any issues, simply send a photo and details via email eenporcelain@gmail.com or Instagram message.

7-Day No-Reason Returns
We offer a 7-day no-reason return and/or exchange policy for orders purchased directly from us. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and without signs of wear or damage.
Please note that items purchased through our partners: gift shops, boutiques, museums, etc. are not eligible for return through us directly. In such cases, please contact the store where you originally purchased the item, as their own return policy will apply.
